Filters — read this
Residential: Standard 1″ filters are changed at the visit if Velocity stocks that size or you supply them. Media, 4–5″, and specialty filters are not included — billed as parts, or customer-supplied.
Commercial: Filters are never included. Bill materials or customer supplies.
First visit records filter size L×W×D for your records.
What a visit looks like
Seasonal tune-up with a photo checklist — nameplates, filter size, and first-visit baselines (static pressure and charge/sat gauge photos). Later visits can skip baseline photos when the system still matches that first-visit reference.
Billing
Monthly auto-pay is the default (card fees already in the sticker prices). Annual prepaid is available.
Membership visits are included — we do not re-invoice you per visit.
