President
Stefin runs the day-to-day, and he's the one clients ask for by name. He gives people an honest read on their system, and when there's an install, he wants it done right.

Larry founded Velocity Air on 3 generations of know-how in the trade. His standard is simple: do the job right, tell the truth, and stand behind the work.

“My step-dad owned an air conditioning business, and I started working with him when I was about 16. By 25, I was running it. That experience taught me that it’s not about how many jobs you do, it’s about doing them right,” Larry Hough says.
Velocity Air A/C & Heating was built on that idea. Larry's background is commercial work: tilt-wall buildings, small hospitals, places where a tech can't afford to guess. Stefin figured homeowners deserved that same honesty. So they built a company that puts homes first and still takes commercial and light industrial work when a job needs Class A capability. Our techs don't rely on commission, so the customer always comes first.
That lets them focus on what's best for you instead of what pays the most. It's a big part of why clients keep asking for Stefin by name, and why we'll tell you to repair a 14-year-old system when replacing it would pad the invoice.
