Service Description

We will come and check your coil, condenser, drain lines, inspect all filters, including any media or whole-home air filters, inspect the blower wheel, inspect and test the condensate drain line, inspect the outdoor (condenser) coil, if accessible visually check for refrigerant leaks, check, clean, and test thermostat operation, check metering device if accessible, check return air temperature, check supply air temperature, check temperature drop(s), check disconnect box, wire Sizes, and tighten connections, check operation of service valves, test and measure capacitor voltage and start component, test the amperage of your compressor, check contactor and relays, check compressor and fan motor current, measure the suction line temperature, measure suction pressure, measure superheat/subcool, measure the air entering the outdoor coil, measure discharge temperature, measure discharge pressure, check refrigerant charge, evaluate the condition and the overall efficiency of equipment, inspect insulation for proper levels and conditioning, and inspect air ducts for correct sizing and leakage.
